  Who do I contact to obtain a username and password?
I have a valid username and password, but the website say they are invalid.
I logged in successfully and even placed an order, but the next form I went to, the website sent me back to the login page.

From the BC login page, click on the link "Click here to apply now" on the right side of the screen.

I have a valid username and password, but the website say they are invalid.

What web browsers do you recommend I use to navigate this site?
This site works best with Microsoft Internet Exporer (IE) 5+ and Netscape 6+. Using other browsers might cause some functions of the site to work improperly.

What are cookies and why do I need them to use this site?
Cookies are bits of information that a website stores on your computer for future use. This site uses cookies to store login information so you do not have to retype your username and password for each order form.

How do I configure my web browser to enable cookies?*
Internet Explorer
: single left-click on the "Tools Menu" --> "Internet Options" --> "Privacy Tab". Then slide the 'settings bar' to medium or lower. Click 'OK' to acknowledge, shut down IE and reload.
Netscape: single left-click on the "Edit Menu" --> "Preferences". Double left-click on "Privacy and Settings" option. Single left-click on "Cookies". Then select "Enable all cookies". Click 'OK' to acknowledge, shut down Netscape and reload.

How do I find the form I am looking for?
The forms are sorted by brand. Use the top navigation bar to find the form your need by positioning your mouse pointer over the brand you want. A drop-down menu will appear. Select your form by double-clicking on the name of the form.

I do not see the form I am looking for?
Certain forms are only available to TMs. If you are a TM, you must be logged in under your TM username and password. If you still do not see the form you are looking for, please contact Ann Glaab at (610) 341-7395 or click here to email her.

Can I still download forms like I used to?
Yes. Under each brand menu, there is a link to other electronic tools which are still available for download.

When I click on a form, I get an SQL error.
This means a problem occurred when the webpage was retrieving data from a database. Please send an email to the Webmaster with the error name, description and date/time error occurred.

When I click on a form, I see everthing but the products.
This means that there are currently no products available for this form.

Under the "Mail To" section, what does the box "Save this info for future use" mean? (TMs only)
If you check this box prior to submitting your order, the "Mail To" information will be saved to your account. The next form you go to, this information will be available under the "Mail To" dropdown menu. This option is not available to TMs.

Can I order all literature items at once?
Yes. This form is only available to TMs. This option can be reached under any of the brand menus.

Yes, the "all samples" form.

I do not see the form I am looking for?
Please ensure you logged in with your TM username/password and not a guest username/password. If you are logged in under your TM username/password, then the form is currently not available for online order. Please contact Ann Glaab at (610) 341-7395 or click here to email her for more information.
